The Association of REALTORS® School makes it easy and affordable to complete your continuing education requirements for the 2017-2019 PA Appraisal license renewal. Any appraisal licensee can purchase the Appraisal Renewal Package and complete the 28 hours of appraisal MCE every PA appraiser needs by June 30, 2019, including courses that satisfy USPAP and 2-hr PA Statues, Rules, and Regs.
As an added bonus, appraisers who also hold a PA Real Estate license can also complete the additional 3.5 hours of PA Required class (1.5 hours on Property Management and 2 hours on Advertising) for the PA 2018-2020 real estate license renewal as part of the package..

How Does the Package Work?
Purchase the Appraisal Renewal Package for $395 through the Association of REALTORS® School. Then, anytime you register over the phone or in-person for an Association of REALTORS® School standard continuing education class that is offered between January 1, 2019, through June 30, 2019, you will then be registered for FREE for that class. All SWRA member and non-member appraisal licensees are welcome to participate. Note: you must pre-register for classes to receive them for free.
How Do I Save?
Currently, to take the full complement of continuing education courses to satisfy both the Appraisal license requirement AND the PA Real Estate license requirement at our school, you would spend $440 for the 31.5 hours. Using the $395 Package for these classes automatically saves you $45 on the regular tuition costs.
Are There Any Restrictions?
The Appraisal Renewal Package provides free registration for active appraisal licensees towards standard* classroom MCE courses conducted solely by the Association of REALTORS® School between January 1, 2019, through June 30, 2019.
Classroom designation and broker licensing courses are excluded. However, as a special benefit for purchasers of the Appraisal Renewal Package, you will receive an additional 10% discount off the regular registration fee for most Designation and broker licensing courses.
Online MCE and Designation classes are excluded.
