Have you unexpectantly found that your ActiveKEY has run out of battery?  Like a cell phone, an ActiveKey is seeking cellular signals even when it’s not in use.  The best defense against a dead battery is to keep your key charged as often as possible.  However, Supra also suggests another way to better maintain battery life on your ActiveKey.

Supra suggest that keyholders can conserve battery life by turning off the Showing Notification feature on their key. You will still be able to view showing information by logging into SupraWeb to view the showing information for your listings.

In order to change this preference, do the following:

1. Press the On/Off button

2. Scroll UP to Preferences and press Enter

3. Press 1 for Notifications

4. Press 2 for “off” and then press Enter

5. Your ActiveKEY will display “Changes Saved”

SupraWEB Showing Notifications: You will still be able to see showing information quickly and easily by logging into SupraWEB and viewing the Showings Dashboard.
