Suburban West REALTOR® members now have FREE access to the enhanced zipForm® 6 Professional electronic forms system.
This easy-to-use contract program, designed to simplify the real estate process, helps you increase productivity while reducing risk and time spent on paperwork. zipForm® 6 Professional offers the flexibility to securely access real estate forms and seamlessly edit transactions anytime and anywhere via the internet.

Instructions on Accessing zipForms® 6 Professional Edition
Brand new to zipForm®, a RealFast subscriber or want to know if your access has changed as a current subscriber, we have the answers. Just follow the instructions below that apply to your situation and take advantage of Free zipForm® 6 Professional access today:
• New Subscriber to zipForm® (i.e. do not have a current zipForm account OR RealFast account)
Go to http://www.zipform.com/order/order.asp and select your Association from the drop down menu. You will then be asked for your NRDS number. (To find out your NRDS number, see your REALTOR Magazine from NAR or contact SWRA at 866-495-SWRA). Once your account is set up you can access it from anywhere you have internet access by going to www.zipformonline.com.
• Current RealFast Subscriber
If you are currently a RealFast user, you can go in and set up your zipForm® account as stated above as a new user. If you would like to move transactions over to zipForm®, you will need to add zipVault to your account and then bring the pdf’s into zipForm®. Another option is to save your RealFast transactions as a pdf onto your computer for reference at a later date. The best thing to do, is to contact the zipForm® Help Desk at 586-840-0140 and they can help you decide what options are best for your individual situation. • Current zipForm® Subscriber Whose Contract Recently Expired, But Granted an Extension
There is nothing you need to do at this time. When your account comes up for renewal, you will receive a notice that your account is about to expire. At that time you simply go through the renewal process. Even though it appears as a purchase process, you will not be charged at the end as the service is being paid for by Suburban West REALTORS® Association.
• Current zipForm® Subscriber Who Are Mid-Term in Their Contract (i.e. Expiration is NOT Imminent)
There is nothing you need to do at this time. When your account comes up for renewal, you will receive a notice that your account is about to expire. At that time, you simply go through the renewal process. Even though it appears as a purchase process, you will not be charged at the end as the service is being paid for by Suburban West REALTORS® Associationn.
Instructions for Renewing Your Annual zipForms® 6 Professional Edition Service
Please note that your renewal will occur annually on February 1st. You will begin to receive notices 30 days prior to the renewal.
Single users simply need follow the renewal process from the message they receive when they log into their account.
If you are renewing a brokerage account, you will need to call the Sales department to renew your accounts. That number is 800-383-9805.
Also, if you have purchased any additional products not being provided by the Association, you may be asked to go through the shopping cart renewal process, however, you will not be charged for the products that are being provided by the Association; only those additional products that you have purchased on your own. If you are having problems with your renewal, please call the zipLogix® help desk at 586-840-0140 and someone can walk you through the process.

Also note that within zipForm® there is a help tab at the top that you can click on. These videos allow you to find help on a specific topic instead of going through a full training to learn one specific task.
