Affiliates First

In addition to 4,400 REALTORS®, the Suburban West REALTORS® Association represents nearly 150 Affiliate Members. These individuals provide critical services to REALTORS® and their clients from industries like: mortgage/finance, home inspection, title/abstracts, pest control and home maintenance.

While Affiliates are provided value-added products and services for their membership, they also generously invest in the organization through volunteering and financial support of events and services. It is because of this tremendous support the Association strongly encourages our REALTOR® members to consider an Affiliate Member to assist with their real estate transactions. Here are a few reasons why:

1. Through their generous support (including payment of membership dues, RPAC donations, advertising and sponsorship, there has not been a local dues increase for REALTORS® in over 17 years.

2. Affiliate members volunteer to serve as resources for REALTOR® members through teaching opportunities and providing articles for the website and magazine.

3. And, most importantly, by choosing to belong to the Suburban West REALTORS® Association, Affiliates demonstrate a dedication to the real estate industry and a commitment to excellence.
