Suburban West negotiated with Allstate (through OCG Benefits) for underwriting and plan design concessions and there are no medical exams. These plans are not available to be purchased individually. These plans are only available to you and your families because you are members of the Suburban West REALTORS® Association. The plans can be purchased through the convenience of financial institution draft.
