Starbucks Morning
On April 10, the Suburban West REALTORS Association hosted the sixth session of the "Starbucks Morning at the Association" series. Nearly 40 members attended the FREE educational seminar on Branding Your Business. Attendees picked up unique ideas with useful tools, so that they can be a better resource to their clients through information from the presenter and other attendees. It was also a great networking opportunity for members. On April 10, the Association hosted a Standard Forms Forum at the office to discuss the Agreement of Sale. Suburban West REALTORS Association members who serve on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Standard Forms Committees and Mike Barth, PAR's Standard Forms Specialist provided attendees an opportunity to comment on the Agreement of Sale in anticipation of a revision of the form. Suburban West REALTORS® Association Happy Hour - American Bar & Grill, Chester Springs - On Thursday, April 18, 2007 the Suburban West REALTORS® Association hosted a Happy Hour at America Bar and Grill in Exton. Over 75 members were in attendance, and based on accounts, a great time was had by all.

2006 Board of Directors Installed
More than 100 members were present Thursday, January 12 for the installation of the 2006 Board of Directors and its Chairman, Harrison "Bud" Tyson. The event and subsequent reception were conducted at the Waynesborough Country Club in Paoli and featured numerous legislators, including: Congressman James Gerlach; State Representative Robert J. Flick; State Representative Thomas H. Killion; State Representative Stephen E. Barrar and State Representative Thomas P. Gannon. Members and guests enjoyed an array of food options and desserts with entertainment provided by the Janis Nowlan Orchestra.

First Annual Golf Classic and Monte Carlo Reception
The association was proud to host this event as part of our ongoing efforts to increase the community awareness of our members.

All proceeds from the event go to support the American Cancer Society. A wonderful day of golf and revelry with fellow members.

August 13, 2005 - 5K Run For Home
Despite the excessive heat, the Association is pleased to report that the 3rd Annual 5K Run For Home was a success. The event featured a record of over 190 participants and volunteers. The organization would like to extend its gratitude to all the members who supported, volunteered, and participated in this rewarding event! Because of sponsors and participants were able to raise $10,000.00 for Habitat for Humanity of Chester County.

August 14, 2004 - 5K Run for Home - More than 120 runners and walkers participated in the Association’s 2nd Annual 5K Run For Home in support of Habitat for Humanity, the event raised $10,000.
