Electronic Keypad and Lockbox FAQ

1. I forgot to put my DisplayKey in the Cradle overnight so it can update, how do I update now?

If your keypad is expired, there are two ways you can update it for use that day.

1) The easiest way is to perform a Manual Esync with a cradle. To complete this function, simply scroll down the menu options on your key to where it says "Manual Esync". Press enter and then place the key in the cradle. After a few minutes, the key will be updated for use that day.

2) If you are not near a cradle and your key is expired, you may contact Supra for an update code. The phone number is listed on the back of your key and they will walk you through entering the update code. NOTE: you may only receive five update codes (for five days use) before you are required to sync your key in a cradle.

2. How do I return to DisplayKEY menu options?

If you get into a menu option that you can't exit by pressing the up arrow key, press enter and 1 together to reset the Key.

3. Why am I limited to only one lockbox key?

For security reasons, Suburban West REALTORS ® Association only allows one Electronic Keypad per agent.

  • How much does the lockbox key cost? Does Supra offer a payment plan?

The annual lease for a keypad is approximately $121 and runs from May 21 through May 20. The keypad lease rate is prorated daily and it is recommended you call the Association’s office for the exact cost at (610) 560-4800. Additionally, new keyholders are required to pay a one-time activation fee of $50.

Supra nor Suburban West REALTORS ® Association will accept partial payment for the keypad or lockboxes.

  • The Lockbox container will not open. What should I do?

If the Lockbox does not release the key container, you may have tried to access the Lockbox before or after timed access hours. Contact the Lockbox owner for access hours.

6. The Lockbox shackle will not release. What should I do?

If the shackle does not release, verify that you have entered the correct shackle code and try again. Lift up on the Lockbox to relieve pressure on the shackle.

7. The key container will not close. What should I do?

Check to see if the listing keys are blocking movement of the key container. If nothing seems to be preventing the container from closing, do not force it. Take the Lockbox to the Association's office for service.

8. I have forgotten my shackle code, who do I contact?

If you forget a Lockbox shackle code, you can contact the Association Staff. Once they verify that the box belongs to you, they can provide you the shackle code. Important! DO NOT call Supra Field Support to assist you with lost codes as they cannot provide you with this information. Also please remember never to share your PIN code or shackle code with anyone.

  • Can I purchase a lockbox? What is the cost for obtaining a lockbox?

Lockboxes can only be leased through the Association and are not available for purchase. The cost for leasing a lockbox is currently $25 a year for two years. At the end of two years, you will own the lockbox.
