Why Become An Affiliate Member
Today's real estate industry features many different facets. As such, more individuals than ever are involved in some aspect of a real estate transaction. If you are not a REALTOR® or licensed agent but have a vested interest in the industry, you are encouraged to join the Association as an Affiliate Member.
The Suburban West REALTORS® Association has over 250 affiliate members, representing businesses as diverse as mortgage houses, home inspectors, newspapers, title companies and pest control companies. Many of these individuals join so they can keep up-to-date with the latest real estate information and also to take advantage of networking opportunities with REALTOR® members. Affiliate members are afforded many of the same benefits of membership that REALTORS® receive and they too can reap a competitive advantage by belonging to the largest local REALTOR® organization in Pennsylvania.

Requirements For Becoming An Affiliate Member
Becoming an Affiliate Member can be easily attained by accessing the application from the web site. Prior to completing these forms and submitting your dues, please keep in mind that you or your company must belong to another governing body (professional association, trade association, chamber of commerce, etc.).
**PLEASE NOTE that membership is individually based and that only the member (not the company or its other employees) are afforded the benefits of membership

Requirements for Becoming A Secondary Affiliate Member
If you are employed in the same location as an Affiliate Member and are also interested in membership in the Association, you are encouraged to join as a Secondary Affiliate member. Secondary Affiliate members receive the same benefits as regular Affiliates but only pay half the dues. However, there must already be a regular Affiliate Member at the same location
