Today's real estate industry is multi-faceted. More individuals than ever are involved in some aspect of a real estate transaction. If you are not a REALTOR® or licensed agent but are in a business related to the industry, you are encouraged to join the Association as an Affiliate Member.
The Suburban West REALTORS® Association has over 130 affiliate members, representing businesses as diverse as mortgage houses, home inspectors, title companies and pest control companies. Many of these individuals join so they can keep up-to-date with the latest real estate information and also to take advantage of unique networking opportunities with upwards of 4,400 REALTOR® members.
Affiliate members are afforded many of the same benefits of membership that REALTORS® receive and they too can reap a competitive advantage by belonging to the largest local REALTOR® organization in Pennsylvania.
