The Real Estate Practices Committee of the Delaware County Bar Association will be conducting breakfast seminars in 2010 at Generations Restaurant (formerly The Little Inn Restaurant) located at 9 State Road, Media. The following topics and speakers will be presented at the breakfast seminars:

A $14.00 charge will be assessed for breakfast and room expenses. This charge will be assessed for all persons attending the breakfast seminars whether or not breakfast is ordered and whether or not CLE credits are requested. Delco Bar Members will be charged an additional $20.00 for the initial CLE credit and $15.00 for each additional credit, if any. Non-members will be charged $25.00 for the first CLE credit and $20.00 for each additional credit, if any. All fees may be paid at the door. Breakfast will be served at 8:15 a.m. and the seminars and workshop sessions will commence promptly at 8:45 a.m. The general planning meeting of the Committee in December at Mrs. Marty’s Deli will start at 8:15 and each attendee can order and pay for his own breakfast.
