About

An agent’s first few months in the real estate industry can be overwhelming. Education is one of the keys to success. This half-day, virtual session will review online transaction tools (zipForms and connecting to Docusign) and the Agreement of Sale standard form for beginners.

Program sessions will include:

  • Communicate, Collaborate, Complete – Using zipForm Plus to Manage the Transaction from Start to Finish will demonstrate how to manage the entire real estate transaction using zipForms® Plus. Highlights of this session include creating transactions and templates; inviting others to view and edit documents; bringing in information from the MLS; getting help; and connecting to DocuSign for electronic signature.
  • Meet the Standard; Agreement of Sale covering how to fill it out and why its important, deposit money, settlement and response date, inclusions/exclusions, mortgage contingency and inspections.
