Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: Recognize the elements of a contract required state license law; Develop effective presentation of the consumer notice in residential, commercial and rental situations; Explain the requirements for collection and disbursement of escrow (deposit) money; Complete a compliant buyer or seller estimate of closing costs; Identify the minimum requirements of Seller Disclosure; Identify the minimum requirements for an Agreement of Sale.
