The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission is developing 14 hour mandatory continuing education course content for all licensees in their first renewal cycle. It is our understanding that this will affect anyone licensed on or after December 1, 2007. The mandatory course must be completed by May 31, 2010. At press time, no classes had been approved to satisfy the requirement. Updates will be posted to this website and published in the Weekly News and Education Newsletter as they become available.

- Traveling North on 476 ; Take exit #3. Turn right at bottom of ramp. Turn left at the 3rd light onto route 320 North. Club entrance is 3/4 miles on your left (just after hospital and St. Kevin's church).
- Traveling South on 476 ; Take exit #5 and follow signs to get onto route 1 North. Stay in the merge lane for route 1 and exit immediately for "Route 320/Sproul Rd". Turn right onto 320 South. Club is 3/4 miles on your right.
- From Delaware & Commodore Barry ; Take route 95 north into PA to exit #7 (route 476 north) and follow as above for "Traveling North on 476".
- From West Chester ; Take route 3 east (West Chester Pike). Turn right onto route 320 south ( Sproul Rd.). Follow approximately 4 miles to clubhouse on the right (.75 miles past the intersection with route 1)
