License Renewal Course Schedule Evening Classes

All Evening classes held at the Association of REALTORS® School in Malvern, PA between the hour of 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission is developing 14 hour mandatory continuing education course content for all licensees in their first renewal cycle. It is our understanding that this will affect anyone licensed on or after December 1, 2007. The mandatory course must be completed by May 31, 2010. At press time, no classes had been approved to satisfy the requirement. Updates will be posted to this website and published in the Weekly News and Education Newsletter as they become available.
