Satellite Classrooms – The Association of REALTORS^® School is prepared to offer many of its courses at satellite locations throughout the region. The basic requirements are; a guaranteed minimum number of students and a facility that can be approved by the State Real Estate Commission as a satellite location. An entity wishing to bring ARS courses to its location, or a different location of its choice, should contact Gail Parke at gparke@suburbanwestrealtors.com or call 610-560-4900 for details.

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission is developing 14 hour mandatory continuing education course content for all licensees in their first renewal cycle. It is our understanding that this will affect anyone licensed on or after December 1, 2007. The mandatory course must be completed by May 31, 2010. At press time, no classes had been approved to satisfy the requirement. Updates will be posted to this website and published in the Weekly News and Education Newsletter as they become available.
