The Truth About Mold
Mold continues to have an impact on the real estate industry and potentially your transactions. Through this course, the student will receive information on remediation, reducing liability, sampling, testing, health affects of mold and the differences between mold and other environmental red flags. Taught by an environmental professional, this course will help students understand the effect of mold on the real estate transaction.
(Half day) Tuition: $45.00 includes all course materials

Approved: 3.5 hours PA 08-10 Real Estate license renewal
Approved: 3 elective hours DE Real Estate license renewal
Approved: 3 hours PA Continuing Legal Education
CLE Students will be required to pay an additionial $1.50 per credit
