Flips, Frauds and Foreclosures
Recent activity in the real estate market suggests that this topic is as important as ever. In this course you will learn the details of flips, frauds and foreclosures, including: the differences between legitimate and illegitimate flips, how fraud involves predatory lending, causes and time frames of foreclosures, and the valuation process for foreclosed properties.
