Electronic Transactions
Helped by the GREEN movement towards a paperless world, today’s real estate consumer is more accepting and even preferring online transactions. Help meet their requests by learning in this course how the fundamental basics of contract law apply to electronic (paperless) transactions; including e-signatures, digital signatures and security issues.
