Risk in Buyer Representation
In real estate, the licensee deals with issues of his or her own risk as well as assisting the buyer to evaluate their risk. To navigate this potential minefield, the licensee must know and understand many underlying laws, rules and regulations that can impact the buyer. This course teaches the concepts of license law, ethics, misrepresentation, antitrust, agency, the unauthorized practice of law, fair housing and the ADA as they apply to buyer representation.
