Basics of Real Estate Investment
A buyer’s market can be ideal for qualified real estate investors. This course helps the residential real estate agent gain a basic understanding of Investment Real Estate. Students will learn about the four (4) annual returns involving rental real estate and elements that affect investment decision-making. Finally, they will be introduced to the cash flow formula and basic rates of return.
(Half day) Tuition: $45.00 includes all course materials

Approved: 3.5 hours PA 08-10 Real Estate license renewal
Submitted: 3 elective hours DE Real Estate license renewal
Approved: 3 hours PA Continuing Legal Education
CLE Students will be required to pay an additionial $1.50 per credit
