Prior to taking the Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensing Examination, all candidates must have completed four credits or 60 hours of real estate instruction in Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours) and Real Estate Practice (30 hours).

This course is designed to acquaint the student with the language, principles, and laws that govern the business of real estate. Emphasis is on the underlying concepts of land, property rights, and the laws that govern the transfer of those rights from one person to another as well as providing a foundation for additional study.
Every Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. for 10 consecutive weeks.

An introduction to all facets of real estate business, including a survey of areas of specialization with emphasis on the role of a real estate agent in residential brokerage including agency relationships and ethical conduct. Examination of a real estate transaction designed to provide a working knowledge of the forms and documents used including the related mathematics.

This course in an overview of the National (Fundamentals/Practice) and State (Pennsylvania laws, rules and regulations) portions of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensing Exam. The exam-style, state-specific questions are custom-designed to help you pass the exam on your first attempt.
Full day class (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) on Saturdays that features an exam prep book and lunch.
