The Association of REALTORS® School, in conjunction with Thomson/CompuTaught, is pleased to offer Pre-Licensing courses online. Prior to taking the Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensing Examination, all candidates must have completed four credits or 60 hours of real estate instruction in Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours) and Real Estate Practice (30 hours). These classes can now be completed online to satisfy these credit requirements.

Individuals who register for an online course are provided 180 days to complete the course from the day they register. While all the course content is provided online, state law does require that students take the exam in a physical location with a proctor. This can be completed at the Association of REALTORS® School in Malvern or a location closer to you. Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours - 2 credits) $175.00

This course is designed to acquaint the student with the language, principles, and laws that govern the business of real estate. Emphasis is on the underlying concepts of land, property rights, and the laws that govern the transfer of those rights from one person to another as well as providing a foundation for additional study.

Real Estate Practice (30 hours - 2 credits) $175.00

An introduction to all facets of real estate business, including a survey of areas of specialization with emphasis on the role of a real estate agent in residential brokerage including agency relationships and ethical conduct. Examination of a real estate transaction designed to provide a working knowledge of the forms and documents used including the related mathematics. Final exam for course must be taken in a designated location.

Exam Prep Course $65.00

To assist you in passing the Pennsylvania Real Estate licensing exam, we offer our non-accredited Exam Prep Course. This course in an overview of the National (Fundamentals/Practice) and State ( Pennsylvania laws, rules and regulations) portions of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensing Exam. The exam-style, state-specific questions are custom-designed to help you pass the exam on your first attempt. Final exam for course must be taken in a designated location.

Complete Pennsylvania Pre-License Package
(60 hours – 4 credits) $390

Sign up for the Complete Pre-License Package and be prepared to get your license. Individuals who register for the package will be able to take the Fundamentals and Practice courses at the same time and be able to complete the Exam Prep course at the end. And the student saves $25! Please note that individuals who register for the package are required to complete the three courses within 180 days from the date of registration.
