The Association of REALTORS® School’s Real Estate Pre-Licensing Courses are taught by veteran practitioners who offer a broad range of first-hand experience and knowledge. Featuring top-notch materials and small class sizes, the courses provide a gateway to your new career in real estate by meeting you education requirements and preparing you to pass the state exam.
Prior to taking the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Licensing Examination, all candidates must have completed four credits (60 hours) of real estate instruction in Real Estate Fundamentals (2 credits, 30 hours) and Real Estate Practice (2 credits, 30 hours). Candidates are provided the flexibility of attending the class in at the Association of REALTORS®’ classroom setting in Malvern or completing the courses online. Statistics show that candidates have the same chance of passing either way and it really depends on how you can best learn.
