One of the main objectives of the Association of REALTORS® School is to offer a comprehensive assortment of courses that appeal to all levels and interests of licensees. Subsequently, our courses are submitted (and usually approved) for many different kinds of credits. This helps students in renew and/or gain a variety of licenses, designations and certificates. Please note the following credits that are available:

• All courses scheduled between March 1 and May 31 have been approved for, or submitted for, continuing education credits for renewal of the 2006-2008 real estate licenses in Pennsylvania.

• All courses scheduled between June 1 and August 31 will be submitted for renewal of the 2008-2010 real estate licenses in Pennsylvania.

• Additionally, where applicable, courses have been approved for, or submitted for, continuing education credit in Delaware, broker licensing in Pennsylvania, continuing legal education, designations and certificates.
