EcoBroker*
It can be easy being “green”. From green cars to green buildings, being environmentally friendly is resonating with more and more of the general public. Now, you can essentially become a green REALTOR®. As the Association of REALTORS® School continues to seek out educational opportunities that allow members to be on the cutting edge of the industry, we are pleased to offer the EcoBroker Designation to members online.
Recently, mainstream press like Newsweek Magazine and the Philadelphia Inquirer have touted the EcoBroker Designation and the benefits of earning it. To many the designation is a way for members to marry their strong environmental beliefs with their career in real estate. e-PRO - ABR Designation (elective)
e-PRO is the only NAR approved Internet Certification Program. The
e-PRO Certification Program is a course completed over the internet which will estaplish a baseline of online competence. This is a skills development program and will train you in the use of E-mail for marketing and risk reduction. This Program will teach the REALTOR® about Internet business principles required to remain in the center of the real estate transaction, including:
- Options and requirements to get connected.
- E-mail communication and marketing practices.
- Web marketing strategies and practices.
- Creating and maintaining a personal technology plan of action and your Internet marketing plan.
