The National Association of REALTORS® has identified specific abilities that licensees can focus on to become proficient for the advantage of developing their career. To reward the licensee for completing the necessary course to enhance their skills, they provide a certificate of recognition. The School offers two courses that help sharpen expertise while providing continuing education credit.

Some courses also provide credit toward other accreditations & designations, and all are marked by the following color codes:
