ABR Designation (elective)
New home buyers represent a growing and challenging market for licensees. These buyers are generally less knowledgeable about real estate than the sellers they will meet, since the seller is the new home developer. The special complexities of a new home purchase require expert representation from the licensee. To properly service a new home buyer, the buyer representative needs to know how the development and new home sales processes work, as well as what kind of services a buyer needs.
