SRS is the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation. To qualify for the SRS Designation, a two day, four module course on various aspects of seller representation must be completed. At this point, there are no additional elective course requirements.

Seller Representative Specialist*
Seller agency has been around since the beginning of real estate. The goal of the SRS designation is to provide the licensee with the practical knowledge of client management from listing to closing. Through four modules this course will provide you with marketing techniques, an understanding of legal issues, the code of ethics, and risk management skills. Upon completion of this two day course, the student will earn the SRS designation.
