The Master CSP designation further acknowledges new home sales professionals who hold the CSP designation by highlighting their continued educational and career achievements in the home building industry.

• Complete the Certified New Home Sales Professional course
  
• Complete Housing Construction as a Selling Tool
  
• Complete Essential Closing Strategies
  
• Complete one additional elective or hold the CRS Designation.

Some courses also provide credit toward other accreditations & designations, and all are marked by the following color codes:

	Real Estate Renewal		Designation Credit
	Broker Pre-License		NAR Code of Ethics
	Appraisal Renewal		PA CLE Credits

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission is developing 14 hour mandatory continuing education course content for all licensees in their first renewal cycle. It is our understanding that this will affect anyone licensed on or after December 1, 2007. The mandatory course must be completed by May 31, 2010. At press time, no classes had been approved to satisfy the requirement. Updates will be posted to this website and published in the Weekly News and Education Newsletter as they become available.
