The CRS Designation is awarded to experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements. This series of courses provide systems and strategies that can boost a licensee’s productivity so as to more effectively serve their clients. Students do not have to be CRS candidates to take these courses. Credit toward the CRS designation is good indefinitely
Today, less than 4% of all REALTORS® hold the honor of a CRS® Designation. CRS® Designees also have demonstrated success in the industry, earning an average of $160,500 annually - three times as much as the typical REALTOR® who sells residential real estate. Helping these REALTORS® is an extensive national referral network that is exclusive to CRS® Designees.
