An Introduction to Residential Property Management (Professional Development Series)
Taught by an experienced property manager and REALTOR®, this course is designed to provide basic property management guidance to real estate licensees. Students will follow the life cycle of a rental unit from initial contract with the landlord through tenant move out at the expiration of the tenancy. Students will gain insight in to the contracts used including a management agreement, lease application, lease and other necessary forms. Add value to your real estate career by learning more about rental real estate; an alternative to owning a home for some consumers, an investment choice for others.
