Buying and selling in planned communalities and condominiums present unique transaction issues for buyers, sellers, and their agents. This course will review the differences between planned communities and condominiums and how to advise both the buyers and sellers of homes in common interest communities. The course will cover key community governing documents, issues that commonly arise out of conversion condominiums and the importance of resale certificates.
