Ten years later, Act 112 and its subsequent amendments present challenges for many licensees. In this class, students will explore the definitions of seller, buyer, designated and dual agency and transaction licensee. They will apply these roles to practical situations. Students will also discuss the issues relating to the consumer notice, substantive discussion and comparative market analysis. This course is an opportunity to learn and evaluate your procedures to stay in compliance with the law and the Code of Ethics.
