Ethical Open Houses; Preventing Procuring Cause Accidents
(Professional Development Series)
Open houses can raise many professional and ethical questions for licensees. A licensee’s first priority is to protect the rights of the consumer they represent. This course will apply ethics and license law to open house situations. The course will also discuss related procuring cause issues. It is an objective of this course to provide licensees with a better understanding of the ethical and procuring cause questions that may arise with open houses. A primary goal is to protect the consumer and the transaction.
