Property and Transaction Disclosures
(Professional Development Series)
This course will guide licensees through the Seller’s Property Disclosure and specific paragraphs of the Agreement of Sale, including Zoning, Notices and Assessments, Maintenance and Risk of Loss and Lead Paint. Students will be introduced to the specifics of the law that apply to these particular disclosures so that they may provide their client with the information needed to make an informed decision. Students will also review ethics cases and law suits brought about by these topics.
