GRI 504: Leverage the Power of Technology
for Real Estate Consumers
Learn about computer hardware and software, appropriate for the real estate professional, and how it can make you more efficient, productive, and profitable. Licensees who take this course will be able to use web technology to deliver real estate services to consumers. Using common technology and web tools such as wireless devices, search engines and email, licensees will be able to facilitate deliver of information and assistance to buyers and sellers. Seller consumers will experience expanded marketplace presence and buyer consumers will be able to access and review properties in a time-efficient manner.
