Pricing & Evaluating Residential Property (GRI 501)
The pricing of residential property has a significant effect on many aspects of the real estate transaction. The successful agent needs to be able to clearly communicate existing conditions in the housing market, and prepare for the role that property pricing plays in closing the transaction. This course will help licensees be more knowledgeable about the myriad factors as to more effectively price listings.
