GRI 403: Managing Risk in Real Estate
GRI Designation (required)
A career in real estate is demanding and filled with many risks. The successful agent needs to identify the basic causes of risk, and design strategies for managing and minimizing these risks. This course provides an overview of real estate issues including misrepresentation, anti-trust, fair housing, disclosure, environmental law, agency and buyer representation, contract law and forms, and tools and tips for managing the risk in a real estate practice. This course is one of the five required courses for the GRI Designation.
