Real Estate Sales
This interactive course will benefit all licensees with its approach to the nuts and bolts of the profession. Covering such issues as; law, regulation, ethics, agency, cooperation, the transaction cycle, prospecting, listing advertising and marketing, qualifying, selecting and showing property, negotiating, financing and closing the transaction. Students will get back to basics for the purpose of advancing their career to the next level. This course satisfies 2 of the core credits necessary for real estate broker license education in Pennsylvania.
