Real Estate Finance
Finance is an essential part of the real estate transaction. In this course, the student will learn about sources of mortgage funds, government influences in the financial market, financing instruments, and mortgage placement procedures. This course satisfies 2 of the core credits necessary for real estate broker license education in Pennsylvania.
