Real Estate Property Management
This course will take a practical look at the rapidly evolving field of property management by exploring the issues facing practitioners, including: maintenance, accounting, administrative and legal activities. The course will also deal with federal regulations in the field, including: civil rights, fair housing, ADA, and environmental issues. This course satisfies 2 of the core credits necessary for real estate broker license education in Pennsylvania.
(4 days) Tuition: $325.00 includes textbook, course materials and lunch each day

Approved: 14 hours PA 08-10 Real Estate license renewal
