Real Estate Law
The course objective is to give you a working knowledge of the areas of law related to the sale, purchase, financing and lease of real property. The course is designed to provide a road map, or early warning system, of potential legal problems that a practicing real estate professional faces everyday. This course provides the required 2 credits in real estate law for Pennsylvania broker licensing.
