Real Estate Law
The course objective is to give you a working knowledge of the areas of law related to the sale, purchase, financing and lease of real property. The course is designed to provide a road map, or early warning system, of potential legal problems that a practicing real estate professional faces everyday. This course satisfies the required 2 credits in real estate law for PA Broker Licensing.

(Four-day) Tuition: $325.00 includes textbook, course materials and ($292.50 for MCE Season Pass holders)

Approved: 2 PA Broker Credits (Required)
Approved: 30 hours PA 08-10 Real Estate license renewal
Approved: 26 hours PA Continuing Legal Education

CLE Students will be required to pay an additional $1.50 per credit
