APPRAISAL LICENSE RENEWAL COURSE

Appraisal license renewal must be completed by June 30, 2009. All appraisal licensees must complete a total of 28 hours of continuing education as part of their renewal. 7 hours must be in the required USPAP course and 2 hours in the Pennsylvania Statutes class. The remaining 19 hours may be in approved electives. Both required and elective appraiser courses are being offered by the School.

Some courses also provide credit towards other accreditations & designations, and all are marked by the following color codes:

USPAP: Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
It’s the law for a Appraisers! Protect yourself and your business with information on the latest regulations. All real estate appraisers must comply with USPAP regulations in accordance with the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989. This course is required for all real estate appraisers for 07-09 license renewal.
