Appraisal license renewal must be completed by June 30, 2009. All appraisal licensees must complete a total of 28 hours of continuing education as part of their renewal. 7 hours must be in the required USPAP course and 2 hours in the Pennsylvania Statutes class. The remaining 19 hours may be in approved electives. Both required and elective appraiser courses are being offered by the School.

PA Appraiser Statutes
This course is designed to inform the student of the Pennsylvania Appraisal Statute and Regulations of the Pennsylvania State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers. This course offers participants the opportunity to increase their knowledge and competency in real estate appraising. This course is required for all real estate appraisers for 07-09 license renewal.
