Appraisal license renewal must be completed by June 30, 2009. All appraisal licensees must complete a total of 28 hours of continuing education as part of their renewal. 7 hours must be in the required USPAP course and 2 hours in the Pennsylvania Statutes class. The remaining 19 hours may be in approved electives. Both required and elective appraiser courses are being offered by the School.

Flips, Frauds and Foreclosures
With foreclosures and predatory lending featured as hot topics this past year, this course is particularly timely to educate yourself on these important issues so that you can best assist your clients. Learn the details of flips, frauds and foreclosures, such as: what are the differences between legitimate and illegitimate flips; how fraud involves predatory lending; causes and time frames of foreclosures; and the valuation process for foreclosed properties.
