Notice for Recent Licensees:  The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission is developing 14 hour mandatory continuing education course content for all licensees in their first renewal cycle. It is our understanding that this will affect anyone licensed on or after December 1, 2007. The mandatory course must be completed by May 31, 10.  The Association of REALTORS School is offering the 7-hour courses Real World Real Estate-General Module and Real World Real Estate-Residential Module to meet this requirement.
