As often as practical, the School seeks to obtain as many applicable credits for each course so that students may earn needed credits while expanding their knowledge base. Courses have been approved for, or submitted for, continuing education credits for real estate (PA and DE) and appraiser license renewal, broker licensing, continuing legal education and/or designations as indicated at the end of each course description. Online Course - Online Classes allow students to participate at their discretion.

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission is developing 14 hour mandatory continuing education course content for all licensees in their first renewal cycle. It is our understanding that this will affect anyone licensed on or after December 1, 2007. The mandatory course must be completed by May 31, 2010. At press time, no classes had been approved to satisfy the requirement. Updates will be posted to this website and published in the Weekly News and Education Newsletter as they become available.
