Since its founding in 1921, the Suburban West REALTORS® Association has been a consistent champion and provider of professional real estate education in the Philadelphia area. To further its effort to educate real estate licensees in our area, the organization established the Association of REALTORS® School (ARS) in 1975. About the Association of REALTORS® School.
Last year, more than 2,000 real estate licensees took classes in one of our facilities. The Association of REALTORS® School offers the unique service of a fully qualified and professional educational organization. We offer real estate courses to individuals interested in pursuing a real estate career and we provide MCE (mandatory continuing education) courses for those licensees who hold a Pennsylvania real estate salesperson's/broker's license and/or a Pennsylvania broker/appraiser certification. We also offer designation courses for those individuals who want to be more proficient and accomplished in their real estate career.
