Short Sales are a part of real estate life. Although they have been more prevalent recently, short sales have been and will continue to be an option for sellers and buyers. In this course, you will learn how to use standard forms developed just for these transactions. Understanding the forms helps you understand the process, increases your value to the client and enhances your ability to see the transaction through to closing.
