A buyer and seller entering into an agreement of sale want to believe that it will hold up through better or worse. This course will look at what happens when one or both parties decide that this matchup is not working and termination is imminent. This course will show you how to use the PAR standard forms “Notice of Termination” and “Agreement of Sale Release” to protect the client’s interests in this unfortunate situation.
